Digital Products:

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable. Please ensure you select the correct product before purchase.

Printed Products:

  • Printed products cannot be returned once printed, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if an issue arises.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to Trinidad only. Shipping to other regions is not available at this time.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. User Accounts

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security.

  • You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
